CZ makes agreements with healthcare providers on how quickly you should receive treatment. We have made a list for you (in Dutch).
You can search for another healthcare provider in the CZ Care Finder (in Dutch). Sometimes, you can also see the waiting time there, but you can also inquire about this directly with the healthcare provider. Be sure to check if the provider has a contract for your type of care.
If you can't find a contracted provider where you can be seen sooner, the CZ Healthcare Team will be happy to assist you.
We are happy to help you find a contracted healthcare provider where you can be seen sooner. To do this, please contact the CZ Healthcare Team. Often, the Healthcare Team can find availability with a contracted provider, but sometimes they can only refer you to a non-contracted provider. In this case, as you don't have the option to go to a contracted provider, CZ will reimburse 100% of the average contracted rate. You will need prior authorization from the Healthcare Team.
If you choose to go to a non-contracted provider on your own and you have the Zorgbewustpolis, Zorg-op-maatpolis, or CZdirect basisverzekering, or if you have the Zorgvariatiepolis policy and it concerns mental healthcare (GGZ) or nursing and care, you will receive a lower reimbursement.
