Referral Fee for Affiliate Websites
CZ also promotes its products through so-called affiliates. These are affiliate websites that promote health insurance products. If you take out your health insurance with CZ through an affiliate, CZ may pay a one-time referral fee for this.
The amount of this referral fee depends on the quality and service of the affiliate website. Some affiliate websites compare health insurances. These websites explain how they compare the different health insurances and whether they include all insurers in their comparison. For promoting our products on the site, we sometimes give the affiliate a referral fee. If you have taken out your health insurance with CZ through an affiliate website, we pay a one-time referral fee. This is usually between €40 and €50 per new premium-paying insured person.
